FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed and shipped the next working day. Anything ordered Friday to Sunday ships on Monday (excluding bank holidays)
How long does delivery take?
For UK deliveries it will generally take 2-5 days depending on the order value and shipping service used. International orders, we would expect anywhere between 3-14 days, although customs delays are possible. Click here to view our shipping policy.
How do you protect and package the cards?
All raw single card orders will be sleeved and shipped in a toploader. Any orders with multiple raw cards of a lower value may not be individually top loaded, but rest assured they will still be packaged securely. For any higher value singles these will also be bubble wrapped and secured in a box for shipping. All slabs and sealed products will be bubble wrapped and sent in boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide. Any shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout.
Please be aware that while we do not add any taxes or customs/import fees, your country may add these when they arrive to your local customs office and this would be the responsibility of the recipient.
What should I do if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us so we can contact the courier on your behalf.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will work with you to get the issue rectified as quickly as possible.

Do you offer pre orders or a grading service?
Unfortunately we do not offer Pre-Orders.. watch this space...
We do not grade cards ourself, nor do we act as a middleman service for grading companies however, we have teamed up with ACE Grading, so if you are looking to use ACE to grade your cards, use code 'WINTLES' for 5% off.
